Tattoos can be removed by mechanical dermabrasion or by surgery, while scars are removed by mechanical dermabrasion, surgery and/or injection therapy. These procedures are done under local anesthetic and are painless for the patient.

INJECTION THERAPY removes furrows by injection of agents as Restylan (hyaluronic acid, etc.), Botox or a person's own fatty tissue (lipofilling) into the furrows.

BRACHIOPLASTY is the surgical removal of excess skin from the upper arm. It is done under local anesthetic and is painless for the patient. The patient needs to stay in Zagreb for a day and should take 7 days sick leave.

LABIA MINORA SHAPING is a surgical procedure. The operation is performed under local anesthetic combined with a sedative. The patient is in a light sleep and therefore this cosmetic operation is painless. Stay in surgery is 24 hours and then the patient is sent to home care. Stay in Zagreb is 2 days.

USEFUL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PATIENT

• prior to all types of cosmetic surgery, a blood test is obligatory, and if the operation is done under general anesthesia, a patient needs to have an internal specialist examination with an ECG
• all cosmetic operations are done under anesthetic and are painless for the patient
• depending on the type of cosmetic surgery, patients stay in the surgery from 1 to 24 hours and after which they are usually sent to home care
