Seriousness and a sense of responsibility toward the patient
can be felt from the first contact on and the open consultation,
followed by postoperative care. The whole team is at the patient's
disposal, so I always felt good when I entered the surgery.
There is no rush and each decision is thoughtfully made.
It was important that I was told by everyone, especially
Dr. Toncic, that he will take his time with me and that nothing
will be done in a rush.
The open approach of the doctor made it easier for me to
decide to have an aesthetic correction of the nose.
After the surgery I feel both personal satisfaction and improvement
of my respiration.
