Dr. Toncic graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb, in 1972. After graduation, he went on to work as a resident specializing in general surgery for a year and a half in Germany.

Dr. Toncic continued his education by specializing in otorhinolaryngology and the pertaining part of plastic surgery at the renowned University Clinic for Otorhinolaryngology in Cologne.

  • In 1980 Dr. Toncic completed his specialization in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery in Düsseldorf.

  • He is a member of the German Association of Otorhinolaryngology and Plastic Surgery,

  • Member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery,

  • Dr. Toncic obtained his master´s degree in Zagreb in 1996

  • He is a member of the Croatian Association of Physicians and the Croatian Assembly of Physicians

Besides such events in Croatia, Dr. Toncic regularly attends major expert conferences and seminars in Europe and the USA.
