How to reach Zagreb?

The quickest route to Zagreb, by car, is TRIESTE-LJUBLJANA-ZAGREB.
This is a 250-km journey and takes about 2.5 hours.
There is a direct train connection that runs MESTRE- TRST - LJUBLJANA - ZAGREB
